2. Program Description

The Gut Health Solution SMS Program provides text message communications related to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Program updates

  • Client support communication

  • Educational resources

  • Service notifications

  • Limited promotional messages (where legally permitted)

Messages are sent to individuals who voluntarily provide their mobile number through booking forms, scheduling platforms (including Calendly), program registration systems (including Kartra, Jane, etc.), website forms, or other direct opt-in methods.

Message frequency varies and may include recurring messages depending on your interaction with our services.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.

Just text STOP to our number.

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up again through our website or booking system and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you:

  • Authorize The Gut Health Solution to send SMS messages, which may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law

  • Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase
