Our gifts to you.

Gut health can be debilitating, and it comes with a whack of other side effects and digestive issues.

You shouldn’t be stuck with feeling like you have to do it alone. There are two ways you can get support.

  1. You can join my free Facebook group called IBD Support and Solutions.

  2. You can get your free copy of my GI support protocols below. I took vital information from my 100 most recent clients, and created protocols based on what they used to get better. These foods and supplements have been part of their protocols, and I want you to have it, absolutely free.

We have free protocols for:

  • IBD (Crohn’s and (ulcerative) Colitis

  • IBS-C and IBS-D

  • SIBO

  • Acid Reflux

  • Fatty Liver

  • “IBD” is short for “inflammatory bowel disease”, and it covers the two main umbrellas of Crohn’s and (Ulcerative) Colitis.

These diseases are understood to be autoimmune, meaning nothing can be done except manage symptoms. But functionally and holistically speaking, that’s simply not the case.

Autoimmunity doesn’t randomly fall from the sky, and there’s much more that can be done - we just have to find the root cause!

And there are MANY causes and contributing factors that lead to inflammation being expressed through your gut.

  • IBS-C stands for “irritable bowel syndrome-constipation”, and it can be a complex issue; but in many cases, it can be very easily fixed!

This is because the common roots/causes of this syndrome are often related to bacterial imbalances, diet, lifestyle, antibiotics, stress, medications, mold, motility disorders, and dozens of other inflammatory drivers; and your body expresses inflammation through the gut in the way of IBS-C.

If we can help get to the root of some of these issues and inflammatory responses, and help your system balance itself out, then we can begin reducing symptoms while we work to get your gut back to normal.

  • IBS-D stands for “irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea”, and it can be a complex issue; but in many cases, it can be very easily fixed!

This is because the common roots/causes of this syndrome are often related to bacterial imbalances, diet, lifestyle, antibiotics, stress, medications, mold, motility disorders, and dozens of other inflammatory drivers; and your body expresses inflammation through the gut in the way of IBS-D.

If we can help get to the root of some of these issues and inflammatory responses, and help your system balance itself out, then we can begin reducing symptoms while we work to get your gut back to normal.

  • “SIBO” stands for “small intestinal bacterial overgrowth” and it can be a very complex condition involving autoimmunity or motility disorders; it can be induced by infections, antibiotic use, and many more.

All in all, it’s a very complex condition, and we can always look to provide some nice basics to support the SIBO gut such as probiotics, low carb/starch/fibre meals and much more.

This can help to promote healthy microbial balance in the gut.

  • The names “acid reflux” and “GERD” are synonymous.

GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease) is the “noun” of the state of issue you’re dealing with; whereas “acid reflux” in the verb - what actively happens when your GERD acts up.

But the most common root of acid reflux is actually low acid.

This is because your stomach’s sphincters need acid to open and close properly. Without proper pH and fluid volume (of acid), the sphincters can open up, leaving room for acid to get into you esophagus, or “reflux”.

  • Fatty liver is a major risk factor for diabetes, cancer, heart disease and many more diseases.

Your liver is the primary detoxification organ in your body, and it works in tandem with other detoxing organs like the gut, skin, kidneys and lymphatic system.

But when we clog it up with things like sugar (especially high fructose corn syrup), bacterial byproducts and other negative junk, it fills up with fat.

And this can prevent your liver from doing its 500+ chemical functions properly. And if we want a healthy liver, we NEED to have a healthy gut, and gut bacteria!
